IT Support Intern

• 3rd or 4th year student, or recent graduate in IT, Computer Networking, or related fields.
• Available for full-time internship.
• Solid foundational knowledge in hardware, networking, and Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Honest, hardworking, proactive, and responsible.
• Hands-on skills in troubleshooting or repairing IT devices are a plus.
• Good communication skills with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems (networks, servers, hardware) at head office and branches.
• Support basic configuration of network devices (firewalls, routers) under supervision.
• Manage and troubleshoot issues with CCTV, time attendance, and internal phone systems.
• Resolve common IT issues related to network, printers, and office software; guide users remotely when needed.
• Set up and configure laptops/desktops for new hires; perform basic diagnostics and repairs.
• Support IT procurement: assist in vendor evaluation and equipment selection.
• Manage user accounts and software licenses.
• Document IT procedures, incidents, and assist with reports.
• Participate in internal IT projects and other tasks as assigned.
